Correlation between Outdoor Activities and Myopia in Adolescents:A CiteSpace-Based Visualization Analysis
OBJECTIVE:This study aims to analyze the research hotspots and trends regarding the correlation between outdoor activities and myopia in adolescents, providing theoretical references for effective prevention and control of adolescent myopia.METHOD:Through bibliometric analysis and visualization analysis, this study utilized CiteSpace software to analyze and visually aggregate data on the relationship between outdoor activities and myopia in adolescents from four dimensions:publication volume, authors, institutions, and keywords.RESULTS:The overall publication volume showed a fluctuating growth trend. The research field has formed relatively independent research cooperation groups, but collaboration among different network groups is limited.Research institutions primarily consist of medical universities, hospitals, and research institutes, with insufficient interdisciplinary,cross-domain,and cross-fusion collaborative relationships.Keyword clustering revealed research hotspots in this field, including"outdoor activities, visual impairment, adolescents,"and more.CONCLUSION:Outdoor activities are closely correlated with adolescent myopia.
