摘要
本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、实地调查法等研究方法,在乡村振兴战略实施的背景下,剖析县域足球赋能乡村振兴的内在逻辑、实践价值和发展方向.研究认为:县域足球赋能乡村振兴存在3 层逻辑,即历史逻辑、现实逻辑和理论逻辑.县域足球赋能乡村振兴在实践中有5 个方面的价值:增强人民体质,推动体育事业高质量发展;满足基层群众对美好生活的需要;推动健全党组织领导的基层治理体系;探索县域地区基层智慧治理体系发展模式;实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接.未来县域足球赋能乡村振兴有4 个主要方向:以赛事为依托,夯实足球人口基础;以协会为支撑,建设专业组织机构;以政府为依靠,加强不同机构联动;以政策为导向,推动乡村产业延伸.
Abstract
This study utilizes research methods such as literature review,logical analysis,and field investigation to analyze the intrinsic logic,practical value,and development directions of empowering rural revitalization through county-level football in the context of implementing the rural revitalization strategy.The study reveals that empowering rural revitalization through county-level football is driven by three layers of logic:historical logic,current logic,and theoretical logic.In practice,empowering rural revitalization through county-level football holds five aspects of value:enhancing people's physical fitness,promoting the high-quality development of sports,meeting the needs of grassroots communities for a better life,promoting the establishment of grassroots governance systems led by Party organizations,exploring the development model of grassroots intelligent governance systems in county-level areas,and effectively connecting poverty alleviation achievements with rural revitalization.The future development of empowering rural revitalization through county-level football should focus on four main directions:leveraging competitions to solidify the football population base,establishing professional organizational structures supported by associations,strengthening collaboration among different institutions with government support,and promoting the extension of rural industries through policy guidance.
