Preliminary Practice of Operating a Sports and Health Platform with Power Load Parameter Guidance
OBJECTIVE:The objective of this study is to optimize the operational model of a sports health platform with power load parameter guidance,aiming to achieve comprehensive,professional,and personalized application of sports health interventions based on power load parameter guidance.The study aims to provide valuable insights for the further promotion of sports health platforms with power load parameter guidance and the advancement of public health.METHODS:Based on the previous platform operation,this study analyzed data from over 50,000 registered users,summarized relevant experiences,and reviewed domestic and international research literature.These findings were used to develop a new operational model for a sports health platform with power load parameter guidance.RESULTS:The sports health platform with power load parameter guidance offers personalized and intelligent sports and health guidance to the public through various platform services,including power load parameter-guided sports products(such as wearable devices S-TAG),customized exercise programs,and an online virtual community for sports health.SUGGESTIONS:Leveraging the sports health platform,the concept and practice of power load parameters should be extended to multiple settings such as households,communities,and hospitals,Continuous optimization of platform development is necessary to encompass user acquisition,user activation,user retention,platform services,platform management,platform promotion,and user information protection in the sports health platform with power load parameter guidance.
