摘要
本文采用文献资料法、归纳总结法等研究方法,在分析中学体育与健康教学现状的基础上,探讨了以课程思政与心理健康教育为导向的中学体育与健康教学创新实践的意义,并提出了相应的创新实践路径,旨在提升中学生的身心素质,促进中学生的全面发展,提高中学体育与健康教学的效果.
Abstract
This study utilizes methods such as literature review and inductive summarization to investigate the significance of innovative practices in physical education and health teaching in secondary schools.Building upon an analysis of the current state of physical education and health teaching,the study explores the integration of curriculum ideology and psychological well-being education as a guiding framework for innovative practices.It proposes practical pathways to enhance the holistic development of secondary school students and improve the effectiveness of physical education and health teaching.The study aims to elevate the physical and mental well-being of students and foster their comprehensive growth.
