Optimization Strategies for Talent Training Programs in Physical Education in the Context of Normal Professional Accreditation
Students majoring in physical education in higher education institutions are the reserve force of the teaching profession in China,and the quality of talent training programs largely determines the quality of physical education teachers.In China,talent training programs in higher education institutions need to meet the requirements of both the"National Standards for Undergraduate Programs in Regular Higher Education Institutions"and the"Interim Measures for the Implementation of Accreditation of Normal Professional Programs in Regular Higher Education Institutions."This study uses research methods such as literature review to explore optimization strategies for talent training programs in physical education in the context of normal professional accreditation,guided by the basic principles of collaborative"student-centered,output-oriented,continuous improvement"in the accreditation standards for normal professional programs.
