数智赋能青少年体质健康促进的内在机理、现实挑战与推进路径研究

有效推进青少年体质健康促进工作的数字化、智能化运行,是实现青少年体质健康治理现代化的必要之举。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对数智技术赋能青少年体质健康促进的内在机理、现实挑战与推进路径进行分析。研究发现:数智赋能青少年体质健康促进的内在机理具有价值逻辑、理论逻辑与组织逻辑的三重逻辑;同时,数智赋能青少年体质健康促进面临数智化转型缺乏统一标准体系、数智基础设施建设存在资金浪费现象、各部门之间仍难以实现互联互通、多元促进主体数智技能和数智素养亟待提升等现实挑战。据此,提出相应推进路径:健全数智制度,建立统一规划的标准体系;搭建数智平台,推进数智基础设施建设;推动多方协作,构建韧性数智组织体系;提升数智技能,培育多元主体数智素养。
The Intrinsic Mechanism,Real Challenges,and Advance Pathways of Empowering Youth Physical Health Promotion with Digital and Intelligent Technologies
The effective digitization and intelligent operation of youth physical health promotion is a necessary step towards achieving modern governance of youth physical health.This study employs research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to investigate the intrinsic mechanism,real challenges,and promotion path of empowering youth physical health promotion with digital and intelligent technologies.The findings reveal that the intrinsic mechanism of empowering youth physical health promotion with digital and intelligent technologies involves three logical aspects:value logic,theoretical logic,and organizational logic.At the same time,the digitization of youth physical health promotion faces real challenges such as the lack of a unified standard system for digital transformation,wastage of funds in the construction of digital infrastructure,difficulties in achieving interconnection between various departments,and the urgent need to enhance the digital skills and literacy of multiple promotion entities.Based on these findings,corresponding promotion paths are proposed:improving the digital system and establishing a unified and standardized planning system;building a digital platform and promoting the construction of digital infrastructure;facilitating multi-party collaboration and constructing a resilient digital organizational system;enhancing digital skills and fostering the digital literacy of diverse entities.
