Dilemmas,Attribution,and a Way Out:Returning to the Roots of Research on Sports-Related Psychological Fatigue
This study utilizes research methods such as literature review and dialectical analysis to explore the dilemmas,attributions,and potential solutions in studying sports-related psychological fatigue from the perspectives of monitoring and recovery.The study reveals that the dilemmas in researching sports-related psychological fatigue arise from issues related to the validity of various assessment methods,resulting in challenges in practical monitoring.Additionally,the effectiveness of different recovery approaches contributes to the dilemma of timely recuperation.The attributions of these research dilemmas stem from the gap between natural sciences and humanities,the disconnection between physical and mental aspects,and the disparity between theory and practice.Based on these findings,the article proposes a way out for research on sports-related psychological fatigue,emphasizing the integration of natural sciences and humanities,a shift towards a holistic approach to the mind and body,and a stronger emphasis on the connection between theory and practice.
