Analysis of Key Performance Indicators for Ningbo Team's Success in the 2023-2024 CBA Season
This study utilizes literature research method,mathematical statistics,cluster analysis,and comparative analysis to examine data from 520 regular season games in the CBA.It combines the performance of the Ningbo team in the regular season to identify and evaluate the core technical statistical indicators that affect the team's game results.Furthermore,after cluster analysis,the games are categorized into the high-performing Group I and the average-performing Group II,facilitating a comparative analysis of the disparities in technical indicators between the two groups.The findings reveal significant disparities in metrics such as scores,steals,blocks,and three-point shooting percentage between the groups,signifying the critical role of these indicators in the Ningbo team's victories.Employing single-factor and multi-factor logistic regression analysis,alongside the Lasso regression method,the study further screens and validates the technical statistical indicators with the most substantial impact on the Ningbo team's game results.The aim is to offer support for the Ningbo team in devising sound pre-match strategies,thereby enhancing their competitive prowess and pursuing more triumphs in future competitions.
