A Review of Research on Volunteers in Domestic Sports Events
This paper uses literature research method and logic analysis to sort out the research outcomes of volunteers in sports events in China from five aspects:value,management,motivations for volunteering,behavior influencing factors,and service quality evaluation.Then it points out the weaknesses of the current research in research method and research content.Finally,suggestions and future research directions are put forward from the perspectives of improving research methods and in-depth research contents.It aims to propel the development of China's volunteer service to a higher level.
