Development of Evaluation Index System for Deep Integration of National Fitness and Public Health——A Case Study on Urban Communities in Henan Province
This study aims to establish an evaluation index system for the deep integration of national fitness and public health,providing theoretical support for government departments to assess the integration of national fitness and public health.Utilizing literature research method,expert interview method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics,this study builds an evaluation index system for the deep integration of national fitness and public health,comprising 4 primary indicators,12 secondary indicators,and 48 tertiary indicators.The weight coefficients of the primary indicators are decision integration,management integration,operational integration,and audience effect.The integration of national fitness and public health can be evaluated through four dimensions,with the audience effect being a critical factor in assessing the depth of integration between national fitness and public health.To facilitate the practical application of the evaluation index system for the deep integration of national fitness and public health,it is recommended to develop incentive measures for the integration,enhance the service system,and leverage the guiding role of the evaluation index system.
