为了解国际上关于老年人主动健康研究的现状,本文以Web Of Science为数据来源,选取2013-2023 年的407 篇文献为样本数据,借助CiteSpace软件进行关键词知识图谱和聚类分析.结果显示:国际上关于老年人主动健康研究的研究者、研究机构之间合作较为紧密,而我国在老年人主动健康研究方面与其他国家缺乏合作与交流.同时,生命质量、健康管理、患病率、初级护理、干预项目实施及影响等是研究热点,主要包括患病等特殊老年群体的主动健康研究、老年人主动健康促进的措施研究和老年人主动健康管理研究.建议:我国加强与他国研究机构的交流合作,从宏观、微观以及二者相结合的角度加大对老年人主动健康的研究力度,着重对心理健康与质量、老年评估等方向进行研究.
International Research on Active Aging in the Elderly:A Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace
To gain insights into the current state of international research on active aging in the elderly,this study leveraged data from Web of Science,selecting 407 articles published between 2013 and 2023 as the sample.Employing CiteSpace software,keyword knowledge maps and cluster analysis were conducted.The findings reveal that international collaboration among researchers and institutions in the realm of active aging in the elderly is notably close,while China exhibits limited collaboration and exchange with other countries in this field.Additionally,topics such as quality of life,health management,disease prevalence,primary care,implementation of intervention programs,and their impacts emerge as research hotspots.These encompass proactive health research on specific elderly populations with ailments,studies on measures to promote active aging,and research on proactive health management in the elderly.Looking ahead,China is encouraged to enhance collaboration with research institutions in other nations,intensify research efforts on active aging in the elderly from macro,micro,and integrated perspectives,and place emphasis on areas such as mental health and quality of life,as well as elderly assessment.
