High-Quality Development of Ice and Snow Sports Tourism Industry in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in the New Era Based on SWOT Analysis
This study utilizes literature research method and SWOT analysis to examine the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats associated with the high-quality development of the ice and snow sports tourism industry in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in the new era.It also proposes strategies for its high-quality development.The study identifies the strengths of this industry's high-quality development as abundant ice and snow resources,the integration of diverse cultures with ice and snow,and a high degree of integration in the cultural and sports tourism sectors.Weaknesses include inadequate supporting facilities and services,restrictions imposed by the special management system,lack of brand building and promotion,and a significant shortage of professional talents.Opportunities encompass national policy support,the integration of military and civilian areas,and the rise of inland ports for international trade.Threats mainly involve competition from other regions and cities and excessively high tourism costs.Based on the SWOT analysis of the high-quality development of the ice and snow sports tourism industry in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,the factors affecting the development were integrated,strategies for the high-quality development of the ice and snow sports tourism industry in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps are proposed,including improving specialized construction,enhancing resource integration,leveraging overseas markets,improving supply levels of supporting industries,cultivating independent capabilities,accelerating brand building and network information construction,utilizing special talent mobility,intensifying the development of distinctive projects,regulating tourist transportation,and promoting the coordinated development of the industry chain.
