摘要
本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈法等研究方法,研究大学生心理健康素养、身体自尊与体育锻炼三者之间的关系,将身体自尊作为中介变量,验证其在体育锻炼影响心理健康素养中的中介作用.结果显示:(1)体育锻炼中的锻炼强度、锻炼时间、锻炼次数与心理健康素养呈正相关关系,其中锻炼时间对大学生的心理健康素养影响最强;(2)体育锻炼中锻炼强度、锻炼时间、锻炼次数与身体自尊呈正相关关系,其中锻炼时间对大学生的身体自尊影响最强;(3)身体自尊中的身体自我价值感、运动技能、身体状况、身体吸引力、身体素质与心理健康素养呈正相关关系,其中身体自我价值感对大学生的心理健康素养影响最强;(4)身体自尊在体育锻炼与心理健康素养之间起到了中介作用.
Abstract
This study employs literature research method,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics,and interviews to investigate the relationship among mental health literacy,physical self-esteem,and physical exercise of college students.Physical self-esteem is used as a mediating variable to verify its mediating role in the impact of physical exercise on mental health literacy.The results reveal that:(1)There is a positive correlation between exercise intensity,exercise duration,and exercise frequency in physical exercise and mental health literacy,with exercise duration having the strongest impact on mental health literacy;(2)There is a positive correlation between exercise intensity,exercise duration,exercise frequency and physical self-esteem in physical exercise,with exercise duration having the strongest impact on physical self-esteem;(3)There is a positive correlation between physical self-worth,motor skills,physical condition,physical attractiveness,physical fitness,and mental health literacy in physical self-esteem,with physical self-worth having the strongest impact on mental health literacy;(4)Physical self-esteem performs a mediating role between physical exercise and mental health literacy.
