The development of an evaluation index system for policy tools of physical education in Shaanxi Province's senior high school entrance examination(Zhongkao)is crucial for the province's physical education reform and innovation.This paper utilizes literature research method,Delphi method,and analytic hierarchy process to explore the development of the evaluation index system for policy tools of physical education in the Zhongkao of Shaanxi Province.The study contends that evaluating the formulation,implementation,and performance of policy tools of physical education in the Zhongkao of Shaanxi Province is essential for advancing the reform and development of physical education in the province.It also serves as an effective means to test and enhance the policy tools of physical education in Shaanxi Province's Zhongkao.Following reliability and validity tests,an evaluation index system for policy tools of physical education in Shaanxi Province's Zhongkao is established,comprising three primary indicators,six secondary indicators,twelve tertiary indicators,and thirty-six quaternary indicators.
