As a crucial component of secondary vocational education,physical education(PE)class teaching should emphasize the comprehensive quality cultivation of students to foster their holistic development.This paper utilizes literature research method and logical analysis.It elaborates on the theoretical basis of teaching strategies,the current status of PE class teaching in secondary vocational education,the current status of comprehensive qualities of students in secondary vocational education,and the significance of cultivating these students'comprehensive qualities in the PE class.Based on this,the paper explores teaching strategies for PE class in secondary vocational education based on comprehensive quality cultivation from three aspects:goal-oriented strategies,method-oriented strategies,and content-oriented strategies.
