Design and Implementation of High-Quality Physical Education Homework under the New Curriculum Standards
The design of high-quality physical education(PE)homework is essential for adhering to the new curriculum standards, prioritizing health, and facilitating integrated teaching. It serves as a crucial method for enriching curriculum content, imparting structured projects, transforming pedagogy, and diversifying assessments. This study employs literature research method and logical analysis to examine the rationale behind assigning PE homework and the specific content involved.Using the example of homework design for the seventh-grade basketball course unit, focusing on one-handed shoulder shooting during dribbling, this study explores the design and implementation of high-quality PE homework within the framework of the new curriculum standards. The study suggests that under the new curriculum standards, the design and implementation of high-quality homework should be based on unit objectives, with a focus on determining homework goals tailored to students'specific learning contexts and teaching realities. This can be achieved through the"four-one"homework model, coupled with continuous improvement of homework content through evaluation and feedback, thus establishing a closed-loop connection inside and outside the classroom.
