Development Tasks,Realistic Challenges,and Promotion Strategies of Ice and Snow Characteristic Schools in Heilongjiang Province in the Context of Establishing a Sports Power
This study employs literature research method,field research,and logical analysis to delve into the development tasks and actual challenges faced by ice and snow characteristic schools in Heilongjiang Province within the framework of establishing a sports power.It also presents promotion strategies.Development tasks:Leveraging resource advantages,transitioning from vigorous popularization to comprehensive improvement;emphasizing overall promotion value to enhance the physical health levels of young people;broadening training pathways to establish a solid foundation for cultivating ice and snow talent from campuses;transforming development concepts through"dual-line endeavor"in ice and snow events;and deepening the integration of sports and education to explore new models for ice and snow sports on campuses.Realistic challenges:Limitations in overall promotion of campus ice and snow sports;relatively insufficient participation from social forces;inadequate exploration of the significance of campus ice and snow culture;and a relatively vague evaluation mechanism for characteristic schools.Promotion strategies:Promoting overall development with targeted approaches;integrating social resources through multi-party participation;emphasizing cultural education through in-depth exploration;and formulating standards to enhance the evaluation mechanism.
