目的:运用Meta分析定量评价运动对肥胖男性人群鸢尾素表达的影响.方法:采用文献资料法、数理统计法等研究方法,通过中国知网、万方、维普等中文数据库和PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science等英文数据库,收集与运动、肥胖男性、鸢尾素相关的随机对照试验(RCT)数据,文献检索时间范围为数据库建立至2024 年4 月1 日.共纳入5 篇文献,共124 名受试者.最后使用Review Manager 5.4 软件进行数据处理.结果:与对照组相比,运动干预组能够显著地提高血清鸢尾素水平[SMD=1.61,95%CI(1.18,2.04),P<0.01].具体而言,有氧运动组和抗阻运动组均提高了体内血清鸢尾素的表达水平[有氧运动组SMD=1.73,95%CI(0.77,2.68),P<0.01],而抗阻运动也是如此[抗阻运动组SMD=1.50,95%CI(0.82,2.19),P<0.01],有氧运动组提高效果更明显.结论:运动训练干预能够显著提高男性肥胖人群血清鸢尾素的表达水平,然而与抗阻运动组相比,有氧运动组对于血清鸢尾素的表达水平的影响则更为显著.
A Meta-analysis of the Effect of Exercise on Serum Irisin Expression Level in Obese Men
OBJECTIVE:This study aims to quantitatively evaluate the effects of exercise on irisin expression in obese men by a meta-analysis.METHODS:This study utilizes literature research method and mathematical statistics.Randomized controlled trials(RCTS)related to exercise,obese men and irisin were collected through CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science and other English databases.The retrieval period of these experiments was established until April 1,2024,and then the Review Manager 5.4 software was used for data processing.RESULTS:A total of 124 subjects were included in 5 articles in this study.Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the control group,the exercise intervention group could significantly increase serum irisin level[SMD=1.61,95%CI(1.18,2.04),P<0.01].Specifically,the expression level of serum irisin was increased in the aerobic exercise group[SMD=1.73,95%CI(0.77,2.68),P<0.01],while the same was true in the resistance exercise group[SMD=1.50,95%CI(0.82,2.19),P<0.01].The improvement effect was more obvious in aerobic exercise group.CONCLUSION:Exercise training intervention can significantly improve the expression level of serum irisin in obese men.However,compared with the resistance exercise group,the influence of aerobic exercise group on the expression level of serum irisin is more significant.
