Research on Psychological Resilience in Relation to Game Performance of Junior Football Players
This study employed literature research method,questionnaire surveys,and mathematical statistics to investigate the correlation between psychological resilience and game performance in 280 junior soccer players in the secondary school stage in Hunan province.The results revealed a positive association between psychological resilience and game performance,with enhanced psychological resilience positively impacting their performance.Positive cognition,interpersonal assistance,and family support were found to be significantly correlated with game performance,exerting a notable influence on the players.Furthermore,female junior soccer players scored higher in most dimensions of psychological resilience compared to male players,contributing to more consistent game performance.
