摘要
专项体能是青少年篮球运动员竞技能力的重要组成部分,对青少年篮球运动员的运动表现有重要影响.本文采用文献资料法、德尔菲法、测试法、主成分分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对青少年篮球运动员的专项体能指标体系构建进行研究.结果显示:青少年篮球运动员专项体能评价指标包含一级指标4个、二级指标9个.其中,一级指标及其权重排序为运动素质(0.37)、身体形态(0.25)、身体机能(0.2)、心理机能(0.18),二级指标及其权重排序为身高(0.15)、心功能指数(0.13)、选择反应(0.13)、肺活量/体重(0.12)、助跑单脚跳摸高(0.11)、光反应(0.11)、踝围/跟腱长× 100(0.09)、指距-身高(0.08)、T测试(0.08).
Abstract
Specialized physical fitness is a crucial component of the athletic abilities of junior basketball players and significantly impacts their sports performance.This study uses literature research method,the Delphi method,principal component analysis,and mathematical statistics to establish specialized physical fitness indicators for junior basketball players.The results revealed that the assessment indicators for the specialized physical fitness of junior basketball players consist of four primary indicators and nine secondary indicators.The primary indicators and their respective weights are as follows:motor quality(0.37),body morphology(0.25),physical function(0.2),and psychological function(0.18).The secondary indicators and their respective weights include:height(0.15),cardiorespiratory index(0.13),reactive agility(0.13),lung capacity/body weight(0.12),approach single-leg jump-touch height(0.11),visual reaction time(0.11),ankle circumference/heel tendon length ×100(0.09),fingertip-to-height ratio(0.08),and T-test(0.08).
