摘要
方法:采用文献资料法、文献计量法等研究方法,运用VOSviewer软件,对我国竞技体育后备人才研究进行现实审视.结果:(1)我国竞技体育后备人才研究的发展趋势基本可归纳为调整期(1986-2000年)、探索期(2001-2007年)和深化期(2008年至今);(2)我国竞技体育后备人才研究核心作者团队中以周战伟团队、刘波团队、刘国富团队和张健团队为代表;(3)我国竞技体育后备人才研究的高产机构分别为首都体育学院、上海体育大学、北京体育大学、清华大学体育部;(4)我国竞技体育后备人才研究热点问题由举国体制—体教结合—体教融合逐步变迁.结论:我国竞技体育后备人才研究存在各科研机构与学者之间的合作规模及力度不足、法规制度不健全、后备人才培养模式单一等问题.建议:加强各机构间的创新意识和协同合作意识,坚定不移地深化体育体制改革,满足不同培养主体间的利益诉求.
Abstract
METHOD:This study employs literature research method and bibliometrics,utilizing VOSviewer software to conduct a reality review of research on competitive sports reserve talents in China.RESULTS:(ⅰ)The development trend of research on competitive sports reserve talents in China can be categorized into three phases:adjustment period(1986-2000),exploration period(2001-2007),and deepening period(2008 to present);(ⅱ)The core author teams in this field include representatives such as Zhou Zhanwei's team,Liu Bo's team,Liu Guofu's team,and Zhang Jian's team;(ⅲ)The leading institutions conducting this research are Capital University of Physical Education and Sports,Shanghai University of Sport,Beijing Sport University,and the Department of Physical Education at Tsinghua University;(ⅳ)The focal issues in research on competitive sports reserve talents in China have gradually shifted from the national sports system to the integration of sports and education.CONCLUSION:There are several issues in the research on competitive sports reserve talents in China,including insufficient collaboration between research institutions and scholars,incomplete regulations and systems,and a lack of diversity in talent cultivation models.SUGGESTION:It is recommended to enhance innovation awareness and collaborative mindset among institutions,and to steadfastly deepen sports system reform to meet the interests of various training entities.
