运动相关性脑震荡领域研究进展的可视化分析

目的:分析运动相关性脑震荡领域的研究现状,深入探索该领域的研究热点和发展趋势.方法:借助CiteSpace科学计量软件,对Web of Science核心数据库中2013-2023年纳入的运动相关性脑震荡研究的936篇英文文献进行可视化分析.结果:(1)近10年运动相关性脑震荡领域的研究文献呈显著增长趋势.其中,美国科研院所研究成果最多,北卡罗来纳大学研究团队发文量最多,Kontos是发文最多的作者,第五届体育运动脑震荡国际会议共识声明是引用量最高的文献.(2)大学橄榄球运动员、高中橄榄球运动员是研究热点群体;头部、颈椎和肌肉骨骼的最易损伤部位,平衡训练和康复运动是其常用的康复治疗方法;国际会议共识声明为运动相关性脑震荡研究提供了基础指南.结论:当前,运动相关性脑震荡研究将会持续关注大学橄榄球运动员和高中橄榄球运动员群体,而该群体脑震荡损伤后的休息时间、恢复时间的管理、康复运动和训练正逐渐成为新的热点趋势.建议:未来研究可侧重于开发个性化康复方案和定制化运动处方.
Research Progress in the Field of Sport-related Concussions:A Visual Analysis
OBJECTIVE:This study aims to analyze the current research landscape in the field of sports-related concussions and to explore the research hotspots and emerging trends in this area.METHODS:Using Citespace bibliometric software,a visual analysis was conducted on 936 English-language articles related to sports-related concussions published in the Web of Science core database from 2013 to 2023.RESULTS:(ⅰ)Over the past decade,there has been a significant increase in the volume of research literature on sports-related concussions.Research outputs from U.S.institutions were the most prominent,with the University of North Carolina's research team leading in publication volume.Kontos emerged as the most prolific author,and the 5th International Consensus Statement on Concussion in Sport was the most cited document.(ⅱ)University and high school football players were identified as key research subjects.Commonly injured areas include the head,neck,and musculoskeletal system,with balance training and rehabilitation exercises being frequently employed treatment methods.The International Conference Consensus Statement provides essential guidelines for research on sports-related concussions.CONCLUSIONS:Research on sports-related concussions will continue to focus on university and high school football players.Management of rest and recovery times,along with rehabilitation exercises and training post-concussion,is becoming an increasingly important trend.SUGGESTION:Future studies should prioritize the development of personalized rehabilitation programs and customized exercise prescriptions.
