Empowering Rural Culture Revitalization with Rural Sports in the New Era
This study explores the empowerment of rural culture revitalization through rural sports in the new era,focusing on the spatial distribution characteristics and attention levels of rural sports,as well as the accumulation and revitalization of rural sports culture.The research examines the mechanisms,governance strategies,and regulatory evaluations involved in this empowerment.The findings indicate that:(ⅰ)The spatial distribution of rural sports is characterized by dispersion,diversity,variety,and integration.(ⅱ)Attention to rural sports is continuously increasing in terms of policy,society,media,and community participation.(ⅲ)There have been significant achievements in improving facilities,building organizations,and integrating culture and economy within rural sports.(ⅳ)Uncovering cultural connotations,expanding social functions,and guiding policy for resource integration are key mechanisms for empowering rural culture through rural sports.(ⅴ)Recognizing the importance of rural sports governance,constructing a content system for rural sports governance,and addressing the challenges of rural sports governance are essential governance strategies for empowering rural culture.(ⅵ)Clarifying regulatory entities,defining rights relations,establishing regulatory content,building long-term mechanisms,and developing evaluation standards to optimize development models are all components of regulatory evaluation for empowering rural culture through rural sports.
