"CunBA"in Taipan Village Helping Rural Revitalization Under the New Endogenous Development Theory:the Theoretical Logic,Practical Approach and Development Implications
Sporting events play a significant role in advancing rural revitalization.This study,guided by the New Endogenous Development Theory,takes the"CunBA"(the Village Basketball Competition)event in Taipan Village,Guizhou as a case study.It utilizes research methods such as field investigations,expert interviews,and logical analysis to thoroughly analyze the theoretical and practical aspects of how rural sporting events contribute to rural revitalization under the New Endogenous Development Theory.The study concludes that resources,participation,and identity are key elements for sporting events to contribute to rural revitalization under the New Endogenous Development Theory,and that local communities,government,and society are important driving forces for the coupling of these three elements.The practical experience of CunBA contributing to rural revitalization under the New Endogenous Development Theory includes integrating sports resources,enhancing the quality of talent development,promoting innovative integration of industries,and deepening territorial cultural identity.The developmental insights of CunBA contributing to rural revitalization under the New Endogenous Development Theory include adhering to policy guidance to stimulate grassroots event organization vitality,strengthening internal and external linkages to comprehensively integrate and utilize resources,upholding diverse integration,stimulating new vitality in rural industries;consolidating the mass base,fostering territorial cultural identity,and leveraging event traffic to create brand effects.
