This study employs literature research method, questionnaire surveys, field investigations, interviews, logical analysis and statistical methods to analyze the content, current status, and models of sports health services in Nanjing communities.Using GIS software,it conducts a visual analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics and construction levels of the five-tier sports health promotion service institutions in Nanjing. The study concludes that the supply content of sports health services in Nanjing includes community sports facilities, community sports events, community fitness guidance, community sports organizations, community sports information, integration of sports and health services, and a combination of sports and fitness services. The current supply model is primarily dominated by government provision, with the integration of sports and health services still in the introductory phase.Resource allocation for community sports health services is inadequate, and residents'awareness is low.Nanjing has essentially achieved full coverage of five-tier sports health promotion service institutions, but the construction index of these institutions varies significantly and does not match the population scale. The supply model is mainly based on traditional community sports services, while some communities have begun preliminary explorations of integrated sports and health services. The study suggests:increasing participation from multiple stakeholders to improve the community sports health service system;integrating social resources to cultivate a specialized and versatile talent pool;encouraging multi-channel promotion to raise residents'awareness of sports health and enhance construction levels,in response to basic public service requirements.
