冬奥会催热冰雪旅游,"三亿人上冰雪"从愿景变为现实,而游客满意度是影响冰雪旅游可持续发展的关键因素.本文基于网络文本数据分析方法,以长春市为例,运用"八爪鱼"采集器在携程网及大众点评旅游网站抓取游客评论,结合ROST CM6软件进行高频词分析、语义网络分析和游客情感分析.结果表明:游客评论积极情绪占比为73.45%,总体满意较高,但仍存在消极评论.据此,从配套设施、特色文化、服务质量方面提出建议,旨在为长春冰雪旅游的高质量发展提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
The Winter Olympics have sparked interest in ice and snow tourism,transforming the vision of"300 million people participating in ice and snow sports"into reality.Tourist satisfaction is a key factor influencing the sustainable development of ice and snow tourism.This paper utilizes online text data analysis methods,taking Changchun as a case study.Using the Octopus data collector,we gathered tourist reviews from Ctrip.com and Dianping.com,and conducted high-frequency word analysis,semantic network analysis,and sentiment analysis using ROST CM6 software.The results indicate that 73.45%of tourist comments express positive emotions,reflecting a high overall satisfaction,although some negative comments remain.Based on these findings,we propose suggestions regarding supporting facilities,cultural characteristics,and service quality,aiming to provide insights and references for the high-quality development of ice and snow tourism in Changchun.
