摘要
高质量发展是中国式现代化的必然要求和鲜明特色,是学校体育改革发展的核心任务和主要方向,中国式现代化建设的本质要求为学校体育高质量发展确立了战略定位.本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,探讨了学校体育高质量发展的生成逻辑、多维困境和实现路径.研究认为,推动中国式现代化背景下学校体育高质量发展的基本前提是准确把握其政策逻辑、教育逻辑、价值逻辑和实践逻辑,以此科学理解学校体育高质量发展的内在要求、根本遵循、内生动力和现实需要;中国式现代化背景下学校体育高质量发展面临管理维度、技术维度、课程维度和教学维度等多维困境.基于此,提出了中国式现代化背景下学校体育高质量发展的实现路径:完善多元治理体系,为学校体育高质量发展提供组织支持;提升数据共享能力,为学校体育高质量发展提供技术支持;推进健康教育改革,为学校体育高质量发展提供动力支持;优化课堂教学实效,为学校体育高质量发展提供实践支持.
Abstract
High-quality development is an essential requirement and a distinctive feature of China's path to modernization,serving as the core task and primary direction for the reform and development of school sports.The fundamental requirements of China's path to modernization establish a strategic position for the high-quality development of school sports.This study employs literature review and logical analysis methods to explore the generative logic,multidimensional dilemmas,and pathways for achieving high-quality development in school sports.The findings indicate that the basic premise for promoting high-quality development of school sports in the context of China's path to modernization is to accurately grasp its policy logic,educational logic,value logic,and practical logic.This understanding is crucial for scientifically comprehending the intrinsic requirements,fundamental principles,endogenous motivations,and practical needs of high-quality development in school sports.Furthermore,the high-quality development of school sports faces multidimensional dilemmas in management,technology,curriculum,and teaching dimensions.Based on these findings,the paper proposes pathways for achieving high-quality development of school sports in the context of China's path to modernization:enhancing the diversified governance system to provide organizational support;improving data sharing capabilities to offer technical support;advancing health education reform to provide motivational support;and optimizing classroom teaching effectiveness to deliver practical support.
