新时代高校健美操教学面临的现实困境与发展对策研究

摘要
本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,基于新时代背景,对高校健美操教学面临的现实困境进行探讨,提出相应发展对策.研究发现,新时代高校健美操教学面临教学方法较为滞后、个性化教学缺失、专业师资力量的不足、信息技术应用缺乏等现实困境.据此,提出发展对策:推行多元化教学方法,激发学生的学习活力;实施个性化教学计划,尊重学生个体差异;加强师资培训与专业认证,提升教学质量;加强政策扶持与资金投入,全面促进健美操教学发展.
Abstract
This study employs literature research method and logical analysis to explore the realistic dilemmas faced by aerobics teaching and learning in higher education institutions in the context of the new era,and proposes corresponding development countermeasures.The study finds that aerobics teaching and learning in higher education currently faces several dilemmas,including outdated teaching methods,lack of personalized instruction,insufficient professional teaching staff,and inadequate application of information technology.In response,the study suggests the following development countermeasures:implementing diversified teaching methods to stimulate learning motivation;adopting personalized teaching plans to respect individual differences;strengthening teacher training and professional certification to enhance educational quality;and increasing policy support and financial investment to introduce advanced technologies.
