Building the Curriculum System for the Major in Social Sports Guidance and Management:A Perspective from Applied Talent Development
The curriculum system is fundamental to talent development and serves as the most direct intermediary and variable influencing student growth.This study employs literature research method and logical analysis to systematically examine the challenges and strategies related to the curriculum system for the major in Social Sports Guidance and Management,with an emphasis on applied talent development.The study identifies several issues within the current curriculum system,including an imbalanced course structure,unreasonable course offerings,a weak practical teaching framework,and an inadequate course evaluation mechanism.To better align with the demands of applied talent development in China,the study proposes several strategies:adjusting the positioning of talent training objectives,optimizing the curriculum structure,enhancing school-enterprise collaboration for internship opportunities,and strengthening the support mechanisms for the curriculum system.
