我国体育经济与管理专业人才培养研究述评与展望

摘要
本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对我国体育经济与管理专业人才培养研究进行了综述与展望.研究认为,我国体育经济与管理专业人才培养研究主要包括基础理论研究、教学研究、专业与课程建设研究、人才培养现状调研与反思和人才培养模式研究5个方面;研究的不足在于成果数量少且质量不高,研究内容虽然广泛,但基础性研究尚待加强,研究方法较为单一.建议今后加强对体育经济与管理专业人才培养的理念范畴与框架依托等基础理论问题的研究,同时加强对该专业多方协同育人的机制研究.
Abstract
This paper employs literature research method and Logical analysis methods to provide a comprehensive overview and outlook on the training of talent in the field of sports economics and management in China.The present study identifies five main areas of focus:foundational theoretical studies,teaching research,professional and curriculum development,surveys and reflections on the current state of talent cultivation,and studies on talent training models.The study highlights some shortcomings,such as the limited quantity and quality of research output.While the topics of research are broad,foundational studies need to be strengthened,and the research methods tend to be relatively singular.It is suggested that future research should enhance the investigation of foundational theoretical issues related to the concepts and frameworks of talent training in sports economics and management,as well as strengthen research on collaborative education mechanisms for this discipline.
