Innovation and Application of the Evaluation System of Ideological and Political Education in College Physical Education Curriculum Based on the OBE Educational Concept
The study innovatively constructs a teaching and evaluation system for ideological and political education in university sports courses based on the concept of OBE(Outcome-Based Education),aiming to enhance the quality of OBE classroom teaching in university sports courses and fully implement the fundamental task of fostering morality through education.This study uses literature research method,Delphi method,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and statistical methods to conduct research on the innovative construction and application of the teaching and evaluation system for ideological and political education in university sports curriculum under the concept of OBE.The results show that there is currently very little research on the teaching and evaluation system for ideological and political education in university sports courses under the concept of OBE.The design of ideological and political education in university sports courses under the concept of OBE mainly includes teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation.There are six types of dilemmas and 32 root causes in the teaching evaluation of ideological and political education in university sports courses under the concept of OBE.The teaching evaluation system includes four primary indicators,19 secondary indicators,and 99 tertiary indicators.The application of the teaching evaluation index system should be problem-oriented,focusing on evaluating practical effectiveness,emphasizing reform and innovation,and providing comprehensive evaluation of ideological and political education in university sports courses to offer new impetus for the reform of ideological and political education in university sports courses.
