Design Principles and Implementation Measures of Physical Education Homework in the Context of Process-Oriented Assessment of Physical Education in Beijing's Senior High School Entrance Examination——A Study of Fourth Grade
Assigning physical education(PE)homework serves as a crucial pathway to foster students'development of healthy exercise habits and to promote physical well-being.Through methods such as literature research method, logical analysis, and interviews, this paper first examines the practical challenges in implementing PE homework in Beijing. These include the incomplete regulations surrounding PE homework assignments, the need for PE teachers to improve their homework design skills, the lack of a well-functioning collaborative mechanism between home, school, and community, and the overall deficiencies in the PE homework system.Next,it explores the design principles for PE homework under the process-oriented assessment framework of Beijing's senior high school entrance PE exam, emphasizing appropriateness, specificity, diversity, collaboration, and integration. Finally, the paper proposes strategies for implementing PE homework within this context:enhancing top-level design and enforcement mechanisms, assigning a variety of homework to improve students'exercise levels, collecting homework records to facilitate feedback and adjustments, and strengthening collaboration between home, school, and community to ensure clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
