目的:运用Meta分析方法评估核心稳定性训练对慢性非特异性腰痛(chronic non-specific low back pain,CNSLBP)患者的疗效.方法:检索 Pubmed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane、中国知网、维普、万方等数据库自建库至2024年3月已发表核心稳定性训练对CNLSBP患者影响的随机对照试验研究.2位研究人员严格按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选,提取数据,完成质量评价.最终纳入23项研究,1 250例患者,试验组使用核心稳定训练或以核心肌群训练为主要干预方式;对照组为空白组或采用常规康复治疗.利用RevMan5.4进行Meta分析.结果:试验组在疼痛程度、功能残疾、腹横肌静息厚度、多裂肌静息厚度的改善均优于对照组.结论:核心稳定性训练可以有效减轻CNSLBP患者的疼痛程度和功能残疾,增加腹横肌和多裂肌的静息厚度.
Effectiveness of Core Stability Training for Patients with Chronic Non-specific Low Back Pain:A Meta-analysis
OBJECTIVE:This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of core stability training for patients with chronic non-specific low back pain(CNSLBP)using meta-analysis.METHODS:We conducted a systematic search of databases including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)published from our database inception until March 2024 that examined the impact of core stability training on CNSLBP patients.Two researchers independently screened studies according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted data,and assessed study quality.A total of 23 studies involving 1,250 patients were included,with the experimental group receiving core stability training or core muscle training as the primary intervention,while the control group received either no intervention or conventional rehabilitation therapy.A meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4.RESULTS:The experimental group showed greater improvements than the control group in pain levels,functional disability,resting thickness of the transversus abdominis,and resting thickness of the multifidus.CONCLUSION:Core stability training is effective in reducing pain levels and functional disability in CNSLBP patients and in increasing the resting thickness of the transversus abdominis and multifidus muscles.
