摘要
本文采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法等研究方法,对巴黎奥运会女子4×100 m自由泳接力项目决赛前3名队伍的成绩和技战术特征进行分析.结果显示:(1)中国队在该项目上刷新了亚洲纪录;(2)中国队平均交接棒用时较其他队伍慢;(3)澳大利亚队采用的是先发制人战术,中国队和美国队采用的是后发制人战术.建议:(1)重视游泳后备人才的培养;(2)加强运动员爆发力量和反应速度的训练,并多进行运动员之间的交接棒练习;(3)中国队可以采取先发制人的战术,将出发反应快、竞技水平优秀的运动员放在第一棒.
Abstract
This paper adopts the research methods of literature review,video observation and mathematical statistics to analyze the performance and technical and tactical characteristics of the top 3 teams in the final of women's 4 × 100m freestyle swimming relay event in the Paris Olympic Games.The results showed that:(ⅰ)Chinese team set a new Asian record in this event;(ⅱ)the average time taken by Chinese team to hand over the baton was slower than that of the other teams;(ⅲ)Australian team adopted the attack-start tactics,while Chinese and American teams adopted the second-start tactics.Suggestions:(ⅰ)attack importance to the cultivation of swimming reserve talents;(ⅱ)strengthen the training of athletes'explosive power and reaction speed,and carries out more baton handover practice among athletes;(ⅲ)Chinese team can adopt the tactic of first-start,and put athletes with fast starting reaction and excellent athletic level on the first baton.
