Research on the Speed-Endurance Indicator System for Elite 1 500m Freestyle Swimmers
Speed-endurance is a crucial factor affecting the competitive ability of elite 1,500m freestyle swimmers. This study employs literature research method,Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and statistical analysis to construct an indicator system for the speed-endurance of elite 1,500m freestyle swimmers, aiming to provide a basis for their speed-endurance training. The results reveal that the speed-endurance indicator system for elite 1,500m freestyle swimmers consists of 3 primary indicators and 9 secondary indicators. The three primary indicators are:specific endurance(weight:0.47),general endurance(weight:0.31),and speed ability(weight:0.22).The nine secondary indicators are:400m freestyle(weight:0.18),200m freestyle(weight:0.15),800m freestyle(weight:0.14),100m freestyle(weight:0.13),50m freestyle(weight:0.11),400m individual medley(weight:0.09),25m freestyle(weight:0.08),200m individual medley(weight:0.07),and 1,500m run(weight:0.05).
