摘要
本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,深入探讨日本竞技篮球运动发展的成效与经验,并提出相应的启示.研究发现,日本竞技篮球运动的发展成效主要体现在国际比赛成绩的显著提升、后备人才的数量增加、优秀竞技篮球人才的涌现、文化强国形象的树立以及篮球赛事环境的净化等方面;成功经验主要体现在战略支撑、体系建设、人才培养、文化塑造以及治理规范等方面的有机结合和协同推进多个维度.基于此,提出了以下启示:加强政策统筹规划,促进竞技篮球整体性推进;完善管理体系建设,推动治理能力现代化;多措并举,加强全领域人才锻造;多维度强化中国篮球文化建设;制定赛风赛纪惩处标准计划.
Abstract
This study employs literature research method and logical analysis to deeply explore the achievements and experiences in the development of competitive basketball in Japan,and provide corresponding insights.The findings reveal that the development of competitive basketball in Japan is embodied in significant improvements in international competition results,increased number of reserve talents,emergence of outstanding competitive basketball players,establishment of a strong cultural image,and purification of the basketball event environment.Its successful experiences encompass various dimensions,including strategic support,system construction,talent cultivation,cultural shaping,and governance standardization,which are organically combined and synergistically promoted.Based on these findings,the study offers the following insights:strengthen policy coordination and planning to promote the overall advancement of competitive basketball;improve the construction of management systems to modernize governance capabilities;adopt multiple measures to enhance talent development in all areas;strengthen the multidimensional development of China's basketball culture;and establish a plan for standardizing penalties for violations of sportsmanship and code of conduct.
