摘要
本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在阐述武术竞赛规则的演变及技术发展趋势的基础上,从运动学、动力学、表面肌电特征等方面总结竞技太极拳难度动作生物力学的相关研究,分析其对竞技太极拳发展产生的影响,旨在推动竞技太极拳难度动作的研究向多元化方向发展,为竞技太极拳的科学发展提供参考.
Abstract
This paper presents a comprehensive review of biomechanical research on the difficult techniques in competitive Taijiquan,using literature research method and logical analysis.It discusses the evolution of martial arts competition rules and the trends in technical development.From the perspectives of kinematics,dynamics,and surface electromyographic characteristics,the paper summarizes the relevant research on the biomechanics of difficult techniques in competitive Taijiquan.It analyzes the impact of such research on the development of competitive Taijiquan,aiming to promote diversified research on difficult techniques in competitive Taijiquan and provide references for the scientific development of this sport.
