Research on the Construction of Evaluation Index System for Coaching Ability of Traditional Table Tennis School Coaches in Anhui Province

在体教融合背景下,传统体育特色学校是彰显学校体育特色与培养后备人才的新领地.本文采用文献资料法、德尔菲法、问卷调查法、层次分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,构建出由乒乓球教学训练能力、竞赛指导能力、组织管理能力、社交能力、执教经历、科研学习能力6个二级指标与41个三级指标的评价体系,旨在为提升安徽省乒乓球传统学校教练员执教能力提供理论参考.
In the background of the integration of sports and education,traditional sports schools are new territory of demonstrating the school sports characteristics and cultivating reserve talents.This paper adopts research methods such as literature review,expert interviews,Delphi method,and analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation system consisting of six secondary indicators and 41 tertiary indicators,including table tennis teaching and training ability,competition guidance ability,organizational management ability,networking ability,coaching experience,and scientific research and learning ability.The aim is to provide theoretical reference for improving the coaching ability of coaches in traditional table tennis schools in Anhui Province.
