In the background of the integration of sports and education,traditional sports schools are new territory of demonstrating the school sports characteristics and cultivating reserve talents.This paper adopts research methods such as literature review,expert interviews,Delphi method,and analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation system consisting of six secondary indicators and 41 tertiary indicators,including table tennis teaching and training ability,competition guidance ability,organizational management ability,networking ability,coaching experience,and scientific research and learning ability.The aim is to provide theoretical reference for improving the coaching ability of coaches in traditional table tennis schools in Anhui Province.
