This article adopts research methods such as literature review method and logical analysis method,and analyzes the new elements,new dynamics and new paths of the new quality productive forces promoting the innovative and high-quality development of the sports industry,on the basis of sorting out the dilemma of the new quality productive forces promoting the high-quality development of the sports industry.It is found that new quality productive forces promoting the high-quality development of the sports industry face problems such as the incorrect development and implementation of policies in development collaboration and implementation,uncomfortable technology in product innovation and transformation,and unreasonable talents in coordination and implementation of talents Accordingly,we should use basic production factors as the core,ecological factors as the concept supplement,and industrial scale integration elements to build new elements of sports industry as a whole.In the new quality productive forces and new capacity structures,scientific and technological innovation should be used as a motivation to stimulate sexual driving force,take the cultivation of industrial demand as the driving force,take industrial integration,efficient resource allocation as the process power,and the green sustainable development concept as the guidance.A new path is proposed:perfecting the environment of innovation and development of the sports industry,and building a supporting and guarantee system for the construction of new production relations;optimizing the allocation of innovative resources in the sports industry,and achieving effective gathering elements of the sports industry;strengthening the status of the main body of innovation in the sports industry and creating a lifeline for continuous innovation.
