Market Access and Regulation of Sports Training Institutions in the Context of the"Double Reduction"Policy
This study utilizes literature research method,interviews,and logical analysis to explore the issues of market access and regulation faced by sports training institutions in China under the backdrop of the"Double Reduction"policy,as well as to discuss potential development strategies.The findings reveal that the"Double Reduction"policy presents important market opportunities for sports training institutions in China,such as increased policy support and school-business cooperation.However,at the current stage,there are still challenges in terms of market access and regulation,including ambiguous access systems,unclear regulatory bodies,and ineffective coordination in supervision.Based on these findings,the paper proposes the following development strategies:improving the market access system for sports training institutions and establishing mechanisms for market exit;clarifying the regulatory bodies responsible for overseeing the sports training market and encouraging multi-stakeholder collaboration;strengthening the construction of the regulatory workforce in the sports training market and enhancing supervision efforts;enriching the tools for market access and regulation in sports training through digital empowerment.
