摘要
本文采用文献资料法、政策分析法等研究方法,对我国学校体育政策进行系统梳理,全面剖析其演进历程、阶段特征,并对其未来展望进行分析.研究发现,我国学校体育政策发展经历了探索模仿、恢复拓展与科学规划、现代化与信息化等3个阶段.通过对学校体育政策的演进状况的梳理,从政策来源、政策目标、政策执行、政策保障4个方面整理归纳了各阶段发展的特征.基于此,提出未来展望:目标定位清晰,科学划分年龄范围;强化部门协作,提高政策执行力度;综合考虑工作对象,政策内容增设趣味引导;强化监督体系,规范学校体育发展.
Abstract
This study utilizes literature research method and policy analysis to systematically review the development of school physical education(PE)policies in China.It comprehensively analyzes the evolutionary process,stage characteristics,and provides an outlook on the future.The results reveal that the development of school PE policies in China has undergone three stages:exploration and imitation;restoration and expansion,and scientific planning;modernization and information technology.By examining the evolution of school PE policies,this study summarizes the characteristics of each stage in terms of policy sources,policy objectives,policy implementation,and policy guarantees.Based on these findings,the study proposes an outlook for the future,including clear objective positioning and scientific age group divisions,strengthening interdepartmental collaboration to enhance policy implementation,considering the diverse needs of the target population by incorporating more interesting guidance in policy content;and strengthening the supervision system to regulate the development of school physical education.
