摘要
数字赋能是推动学校体育数字化转型和实现高质量发展的关键动力.本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在阐释数字赋能学校体育高质量发展内涵的基础上,分析数字赋能学校体育高质量发展的作用机理与现实困境,并提出推进策略.研究认为:数字赋能学校体育高质量发展的作用机理体现在治理效能提升、教学质量优化、课外体育活动保障有力、评价体系健全等方面.当前,我国数字赋能学校体育高质量发展仍面临体育数据要素开发利用水平不高、体育数字化基础设施建设薄弱、体育数字化治理体系不健全、教师体育数字素养不足等现实困境.据此,提出提升体育数据要素的开发与利用、强化学校体育数字基础设施建设、健全学校体育数字化治理体系、提高教师体育数字素养等推进策略,以保证数字赋能的效能得到充分释放,推进学校体育高质量发展.
Abstract
Digital empowerment is a key driving force to promote the digital transformation of school sports and achieve high-quality development.This paper adopts research methods such as literature method and logical analysis method to analyze the mechanism and dilemma of digital empowerment for high-quality development of school sports and put forward promotion strategies on the basis of explaining the connotation of digital empowerment for high-quality development of school sports.The study concludes that the mechanism of digital empowerment for high-quality development of school sports is embodied in the improvement of governance effectiveness,optimization of teaching quality,strong protection of extracurricular sports activities,and sound evaluation system.At present,China's digital empowerment for high-quality development of school sports is still facing the reality of the dilemma of the low level of development and utilization of sports data elements,the weak construction of sports digital infrastructure,the unsoundness of the sports digital governance system,and the insufficiency of teachers'sports digital literacy.Accordingly,it is proposed to enhance the development and utilization of sports data elements,strengthen the construction of school sports digital infrastructure,improve the digital governance system of school sports,and improve the digital literacy of teachers in sports and other promotional strategies,so as to ensure that the effectiveness of digital empowerment is fully released and to promote the high-quality development of school sports.
