Innovative talents are an important driving force for promoting the building of a sports power.This article adopts research methods such as literature review and field research to analyze the existing problems and optimization strategies of innovative talent training modes in sports majors of local universities.Research has found that the current training model for innovative talents in sports majors in local universities lacks the integration of innovative ideas into the training philosophy,the cornerstone of innovative atmosphere in the training environment,the alignment of training objectives with social needs,the innovative and developed courses in the training content,and the innovative team teachers for talent trainers.Based on this,the following optimization strategies are proposed:constructing a conceptual system guided by innovative ideas;creating an innovative campus environment;develop market-oriented training objectives;refactoring the curriculum system guided by innovation;establishing an innovative teaching team.
