校企合作培育高校体育专业学生职业素养研究

校企合作协同育人为新时代高质量体育人才培育提供了新思路,高校体育专业学生职业素养培育有助于充实新时代体育人才核心素养培养结构体系.本文基于高校体育专业学生职业素养的基本内涵与培育现状,认为校企合作在建设目标、内容与举措上与体育专业人才培育目标、教育内容和相关举措上存在关联耦合;校企合作突破教育教学资源约束、丰富体育技能型人才创新实践、促进推动高校体育高质量发展,为培育高校体育专业学生职业素养提供动力.基于此,提出校企合作培育高校体育专业学生职业素养的实施路径:落实立德树人的根本任务,不断优化高校体育育人体系;发挥企业文化的育人功能,实现优秀企业文化校园化,创新校企合作育人新模式,完善体育课程思政体系.
Research on Cultivating the Professional Capability of College Sports Majors through School-enterprise Cooperation
School-enterprise collaborative education provide ideas for the cultivation of high-quality sports talents in the new era,and the professional capability of sports majors enriches the core literacy cultivation structure system of sports talents in the new era.Based on the basic connotation and cultivation status of professional capability of college sports majors,this study believes that school-enterprise cooperation has a correlation coupling with the goals,content and measures of sports professional talent cultivation,educational content and educational measures in terms of construction goals,content and measures;school-enterprise cooperation breaks through the constraints of educational and teaching resources,promotes the innovative practice of sports technical and skilled talents,and further promotes the high-quality development of college sports,providing impetus for cultivating the professional capability of college sports majors.Based on this,this paper propose an implementation path for school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate the professional capability of college sports majors:implement the fundamental task of moral education and continuously optimize the college sports education system;give full play to the educational function of corporate culture,bring the excellent corporate culture to campus,innovate new models of school-enterprise cooperation education,and improve the ideological and political system of sports courses.
