Influencing Factors and Intervention Strategies of College Students'Physical Exercise Behavior:A Study Based on SDT and TPB
OBJECTIVE:Using the integrated model of self-determination theory(SDT)and theory of planned behavior(TPB),this paper explores the determinants of college students'physical exercise behavior.METHOD:Using literature research method, questionnaire survey, and mathematical statistics,we collected and analyzed data of college students'physical exercise behavior, autonomy, competence, relatedness, intention, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control.RESULT:Autonomy, competence and relatedness have significant influence on college students'physical exercise behavior, while intention, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control play mediating roles.SUGGESTION:This paper proposes intervention strategies to stimulate intrinsic motivation and autonomy, enhance competence and self-efficacy,shape positive attitude and subjective norms, and improve perceived behavioral control and self-monitoring,which provide theoretical basis and empirical support for the development of physical exercise behavior promotion programs for college students.
