Family-School-Community Promoting High-Quality Development of After-School Physical Education Services under the"Dual Reduction"Policy:Scientific Connotation,Realistic Challenges,and Collaborative Pathways
This study utilizes literature research method,expert interviews,and logical analysis to interpret the scientific connotation of high-quality development in after-school physical education(PE)services.It examines the real challenges faced by the"family-school-community"in promoting high-quality development of after-school PE services and proposes collaborative pathways.The study concludes that high-quality development of after-school PE services should prioritize student-centered approaches,fully consider students'core demands,and respond to their personalized and diversified developmental needs with high-level,high-quality,and equitable after-school PE services.The"family-school-community"faces challenges such as insufficient functioning of family's role in physical education,limited resources for school-based after-school PE services,and disorderly development of community-based after-school PE services.Based on these findings,this study proposes the construction of an integrated management system for after-school PE services,the improvement of a comprehensive content system for family-school-community linkage in after-school PE services,and the establishment of collaborative pathways for high-quality development of diversified after-school PE services.
