Research on the Influencing Factors and Breakthrough Paths for Enhancing the Core Competencies of Physical Education Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools
This article adopts research methods such as literature review and logical analysis.Firstly,based on ground theory,a comprehensive impact model on the improvement of core competencies of primary and secondary school physical education teachers has been constructed,revealing the deep interaction between the six main categories and 20 sub categories.Secondly,based on the Interpretive Structural Model(ISM),an ISM model for the core competencies of primary and secondary school physical education teachers has been constructed,and the relevant influencing factors have been analyzed.Finally,three breakthrough paths for enhancing the core competencies of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools have been extracted:internal driving force stimulation,external driving force assistance,and ecosystem construction.
