目的:探究注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童平衡能力的研究现状、热点及发展趋势,为改善ADHD儿童平衡能力及提高其运动与健康水平提供参考和依据.方法:通过CiteSpace软件对2014-2024年Web of Science(WOS)筛选出来的255篇文献进行ADHD儿童平衡能力研究的可视化分析.结果:发文量较多的国家和地区为美国、英格兰、德国、加拿大等;发文量最多的机构是哈佛大学,其次是法国国家科学研究中心、哈佛医学院、伦敦大学等;排名靠前的聚类为脑震荡、功能磁共振成像、成人多动症、注意缺陷多动障碍、注意力等.关键词突显显示,2014-2017年,小脑、缺陷/多动障碍、注意多动缺陷障碍是出现时间较早,主要突显的关键词,其中注意多动缺陷障碍突显强度最大,小脑出现时间最早;2019-2022年,症状、多巴胺、儿童、青少年患者、风险开始突显;2022至今,大脑、工作记忆、神经发育障碍是主要突显的关键词.结论:近年来关于ADHD儿童平衡能力的研究在不断地深入和丰富,研究逐渐着重于脑机制方面的探索.在文献中,大多数学者采用实验法来分析运动对ADHD儿童平衡能力的治疗和干预,研究结果显示,运动干预对ADHD儿童平衡能力的改善有着积极的影响,但是在干预方式上仍缺少系统的体系.
OBJECTIVE:This study aims to explore the current research status,hotspots,and development trends of balance ability in children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD)to provide references and insights for improving balance ability and enhancing their levels of physical activity and health.METHOD:A visualization analysis of 255 articles on the research of balance ability in children with ADHD from 2014 to 2024 was conducted using CiteSpace software based on the Web of Science(WOS)Core Collection.RESULTS:The countries and regions with the highest number of publications include the United States,England,Germany,and Canada.Harvard University has the highest number of publications,followed by the National Centre for Scientific Research of France,Harvard Medical School,and the University of London.The top clusters identified were concussion,functional magnetic resonance imaging,adult ADHD,attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,and attention.Keyword burst detection indicated that from 2014 to 2017,cerebellum,deficits/hyperactivity disorders,and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder were early keywords that emerged with strong burstness,with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder having the strongest burstness and cerebellum being the earliest.From 2019 to 2022,bursts of symptoms,dopamine,children,adolescent patients,and risk emerged.Since 2022,brain,working memory,and neurodevelopmental disorders are the keywords with strong bursts.CONCLUSION:In recent years,research on balance ability in children with ADHD has been deepening and expanding,with an increasing focus on exploring the brain mechanisms.In the literature,most scholars have used experimental methods to analyze the treatment and intervention of physical activity on the balance ability in children with ADHD,with positive effects observed.However,there is still a lack of systematic intervention approaches.
