近年来,我国的肥胖发生率逐年攀升,肥胖已经成为严重影响国民身心健康的慢性疾病,如何科学有效地减肥已成为亟待解决的重要问题.限时饮食(TRE)是间歇性禁食(IF)的一种新兴形式,要求参与者将每日进食时间控制在固定的4~12 h内,但不限制能量摄入量.TRE相较于IF的其他形式,具有高依从性和更好的效果,因此得到了广泛的研究.运动作为良好的减肥方法已达成专家共识,将TRE与运动相结合干预减肥是值得探究的.本文通过中国知网、万方、Web of Science、PubMed等数据库进行文献查询梳理,分析TRE联合运动促进减肥的具体效果及其机制,总结目前研究的结果并提出展望.结果发现:TRE联合运动可以降低肥胖人群的体重、BMI等指标,并改善肌肉能力、提高运动表现,且效果好于TRE或运动单独干预,其原因与调节昼夜节律、肠道菌群、神经-内分泌、胰岛素敏感性以及促进代谢转换等机制相关.
Research Progress on the Promoting Effects of Time-Restricted Eating Combined with Exercise on Weight Loss
In recent years,the prevalence of obesity in China has been increasing year by year,and obesity has become a chronic disease that seriously affects the physical and mental health of the population.How to achieve scientific and effective weight loss has become an urgent and important issue to be addressed.Time-restricted eating(TRE)is an emerging form of intermittent fasting(IF),which requires participants to limit their daily eating time to a fixed period of 4 to 12 hours without restricting calorie intake.Compared to other forms of IF,TRE has been widely studied due to its high compliance and better efficacy.Exercise is widely recognized as a good method for weight loss,and it is worth exploring the combination of TRE and exercise for weight loss interventions.In this study,a literature search and analysis were conducted using databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,Web of Science,and PubMed to summarize the specific effects and mechanisms of TRE combined with exercise for promoting weight loss,and to provide an outlook on future research.The results show that TRE combined with exercise can reduce weight,BMI,and other indicators in obese individuals,improve muscle capacity,enhance exercise performance,and achieve better results compared to TRE or exercise alone.The reasons for these effects are related to the regulation of circadian rhythms,gut microbiota,neuroendocrine function,insulin sensitivity,and promotion of metabolic switching mechanisms.
