中西融合的健康促进新路径:姿态共振运动

自2016年提出《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》以来,科学健身得到大力发展.在中西方科学健身的理念与技术相互碰撞中,本文利用现代科学健身理论重新解构、融合传统养生术,构建出一种新的健康促进理论和技术——姿态共振运动.姿态共振运动借鉴中国传统养生术整体观、系统论和辩证思想,主张通过运动锻炼应激功能、功能性内脏共振锻炼内脏功能,按照人体特定周期安排运动与功能性内脏共振锻炼,从而快速增强体质、加速恢复生物节律、实现高效健康促进的目的.
A New Path of Integration between Chinese and Western Approaches for Health Promotion:Posture Resonance Exercise
Since the introduction of the"Healthy China 2030"Outline in 2016,scientific fitness has been vigorously developed.In the collision of ideas and technologies between Eastern and Western scientific fitness concepts,this study reinterprets and integrates traditional health preservation practices using modern scientific fitness theories,resulting in a new health promotion theory and technique called Posture Resonance Exercise(PRE).PRE draws on the holistic perspective,systems theory,and dialectical thinking of traditional Chinese health preservation practices.It advocates for exercising stress response function and using functional visceral resonance to improve visceral function.By organizing exercise and functional visceral resonance training according to specific body rhythms,PRE rapidly enhances physical fitness,accelerates the restoration of biological rhythms,and achieves efficient health promotion.
